| Swedish film version of Return of the Dancing Master |

While looking for information about my newly acquired Liza Marklund/Annika Bengtzon DVDs (Paradiset & Sprängaren), I found an interesting item on the Svenska Filminstitutet web site which reveals that they have begun production on a Swedish version of Henning Mankell's novel The Return of the Dancing Master. If this film is completed, it would complement the existing German language version.
I have found very little information besides what is listed at their web site. The film will will be directed by Stephan Apelgren and be shown in two 90 minute sections. Jonas Karlsson is listed as the star of the film so based on his age (born in 1971) I would assume he will portray Stefan Lindman. He is also listed as a credit on the Miffo DVD which I also received so I will try to get a screen capture of him as soon as I watch the film. Links:
