Last week Sweden was shocked with the news that famous actress Johanna Sällström had been found dead in her apartment in Malmö. She had recently been seen as Linda Wallander in the 13 Wallander films made by Yellow Bird Productions. Johanna Sällström was 32 years of age and leaves behind a five-year-old daughter.

Besides her role in the Wallander series, Johanna Sällström had also starred in several Swedish films including Under ytan (1997), Hans och hennes (2001) and Hot Dog (2002).
