UPDATE: Daniel Imort wrote to inform me that he had to remove his story due to copyright laws. The story "Der dunkle Weg" is no longer available on the internet. All copies of the story and links to it have been removed.

Daniel Imort, who runs the web site Wallander-Web.de, has written a short mystery in German titled Der dunkle weg using the characters from the Kurt Wallander series. People who have read the story say that it's very well written and it has all the elements you would expect from a Kurt Wallander story from Henning Mankell.
