Synopsis
The Fifth Woman explores what happens when society take justice into its
own hands rather than relying on its police and justice system. A woman
whose mother was abused and later murdered seeks to punish men who have
abused other women. In response to her crimes and the police's inability
to solve them, vigilantly groups begin to form in Sweden. Wallander and
his team must race to catch the killer before society tears itself apart.
